
Prep your house (decluttering, clean, fix) so that new owner can simply "move in".
Offers: When an offer comes in, especially the first offer – really work with that offer … it may be your best one. Don’t worry about perception that the offer came in too soon, or that maybe you can do better. The best deals are those where the buyer and seller agree quickly (and honour the terms of their agreement) … A good deal is when the buyer walks away thinking he could have bought for less and the seller thinks they could have got more.
